At about 11:00 HRS today, An accident occurred involving two tankers loaded with PMS (Petrol) travelling along Kaduna-Zària (Rigachikum) express highway to an unknown destination collided, skewed and bursted into flames.
Having received a distressed call, the Emergency Response Team (ERT) of the Nema NW Nigeria mmediately proceeded to the scene of the incident which was congested by motorists and a little bit delayed quick response.
Having swiftly sliced it’s way through, the agency’s and other emergency workers battle for over an hour to put-off the fire.
On ground to execute the operational task are #NEMA‘s Incidence Response Van (IRV), equipped with modern facilities but molded n a shape of fire fighting vehicle, and the National Open University (NOUN) fire response van.
