The collapse of the frontal area of 2nd floor occurred early morning hours of 23rd April, 2023.
The property Has been served the CN, STW & Seal Up Notices accordingly.
OBSERVATION
I. This is an ongoing construction with Provisional Development Permit of a Two (2) floor structure.
II. No Authorization and building was not staged by LASBCA.
III. Construction is at third floor roof level with block work completed {additional floor as against the Two floors Approved}.
