The NEMA South East Zonal Office in collaboration with Anambra SEMA, today 15/12/2022 distributed additional relief material to the victims of 2022 flood disaster in Anambra State.
The Deputy Governor of Anambra State Dr. Gilbert Onyekachukwu Ibezim who was present at the event thanked the Federal Government of Nigeria and the NEMA DG, Mustapha Ahmed Habib for the additional intervention to the flood victims in the state.
The Executive Secretary of Anambra SEMA Chief Paul Odenigbo in his speech, expressed their satisfaction and appreciation and stated that the items will help ameliorate hunger and suffering of the flood victims.
The Items distributed includes food and Non food items.
