Emergency Management Vanguards (EMVs) in Aba North LGA of Abia State in conjunction with Abia SEMA and NEMA Owerri Operations Office organized an awareness campaign on the streets of Aba. The purpose was to enlighten the public on the dangers of flood disasters and measures to control or reduce its impacts in the society.
