DISTRIBUTION OF MEDICAL CONSUMABLES FOR PERSONS AFFECTED BY BANDITRY ATTACKS, KIDNAPPING, FLOODING AND OTHER SOCIAL VICES, DONATED BY MAP INTERNATIONAL TO NEMA FOR ONWARD DISTRIBUTION TO FIVE MEDICAL CENTRES IN BENUE STATE

In light of the recent disasters ravaging the country which includes flooding , banditry attacks, kidnappings, communal clash (herders/farmers) and other social vices, MAP International has donated the below listed medical consumables to assist the Federal Government in responding to affected persons.

The distribution exercise was done on the 19th of January 2022 in collaboration with the State Emergency Management Agency alongside the five Medical Directors ably represented by Prof. Terrumun Z. Swende, Director, BSUTH and the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health in person of Mrs Bitrus Tsav-Mvu.

The beneficiaries include:

1. Benue State University Teaching Hospitals, Makurdi, Benue State .
2. Federal Medical Center, Makurdi , Benue State
