
The Director-General of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Mrs. Zubaida Umar, today joined other distinguished personalities and stakeholders to commemorate the Corporate Affairs Commission’s 35th anniversary in Abuja.
The commemorative event featured goodwill messages and reflections on the Commission’s achievements over the past three and a half decades.
In her remarks, the Director-General of NEMA noted that the Commission has earned its strong reputation through dedication, hard work, and sustained institutional reforms. She emphasised that transparency and accountability remain hallmarks of sustainable success and commended the CAC for consistently upholding these principles in the discharge of its mandate.
The Registrar-General of the CAC, Hussaini Ishaq Magaji, stated that the Commission is celebrating its milestones while looking ahead to further enhance service delivery through the adoption of modern tools and reforms aimed at advancing the ease of doing business in Nigeria.
Personalities at the event included the Permanent Secretary Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment Ambassador Nura Abba Rimi and some Heads of Agencies.
The participation of the Director-General of NEMA at the anniversary celebration underscores the importance of inter-agency collaboration in strengthening public institutions and advancing national development objectives.
