NEMA South-South zonal office visited the 29 Brigade Nigerian Army Headquarters in Port Harcourt to inspect one of the agency’s response facilities and assess the functionality and serviceability of their excavator parked at the Bori Camp military base. The Zonal Coordinator led a team of officers to inspect the equipment. Upon arrival, the NEMA team was received by the Commandant of the 29 Battalion, Lt. Col. Manga. Lt. Col. Manga assigned Lt. Col. Atugo and Lt. Col. Turaki to interface with the team. The officers briefed the NEMA team, informing them that the excavator is currently under repair but is serviceable.
