NEMA South West Zonal Office(SWZO) and Oyo State Emergency Management Agency (Oyo SEMA) conducted a Post disaster assessment of Fire incident in Sango market, Ibadan North LGA of Oyo State on 5th February,2024
The assessment team were received by the P.R.O of the market Chief Daudu .M, he brief the team on the impact of the disaster which occured on the 4th February, 2024 on the affected traders and appealed to NEMA to come to the aid of the affected traders.
The disaster affected property worth millions of Naira which includes: over 50 shops, over (50) House Hold., 1 electric poles, generator set were distroyed The assessment was successfully conducted by NEMA and Oyo SEMA Officials
