On 13th June, a significant familiarisation visit was conducted at the State Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation in Kano State. The visit was led by Dr. Nura Abdullahi, the Territorial Coordinator of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), accompanied by his dedicated team.
During the visit, Dr. Abdullahi and his team engaged in in-depth discussions with the Honourable Commissioner of the Ministry, Hajiya Amina HOD. The primary focus of the discussions was to strengthen areas of partnership and collaboration between NEMA and the Ministry. Both parties acknowledged the importance of a robust partnership to effectively address immediate humanitarian needs and promoting human dignity by helping those in dire needs in the state.
