The NSCDC Disaster Reduction Unit on a courtesy visit to NEMA Edo Operations to further seek more collaborative synergy in disasters’ response and management. The team was led by the head of DRU Assistant Corps Commandant Onomeh Edward, who assumed duty in the state. He informed the Head of Operations and his team that his visit was to familiarise himself with the relevant stakeholders in disasters management in the state.
In his response, the Head of Operations Mr. Dahiru Yusuf thanked the team for their visit and assured them that NEMA is willing and ready to collaborate with all the critical stakeholders in disasters reduction in Edo State.
