The event was inaugurated by His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kano State, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, who was represented by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Umar Farouk Ibrahim.
A total of 1,250 cartons of dates were distributed to various vulnerable groups across the state, including:
Rehabilitation Centers
Orphanages
Faith-Based Organizations
Islamiyyah/Tsangaya Schools
Jumu’at Mosques
General Hospitals
And other deserving beneficiaries.
This initiative aims to support those in need while strengthening humanitarian efforts by the Saudi Government to support needy Muslims within the state during the Ramadan period.
