The program was aimed at bringing Key Stakeholders in Disaster Management together to deliberate and review the 2022 Flood disaster, identify gaps and proffer some Mitigative and Preparedness measures so as to cushion the effect and increase the capacities of Communities along the flood prone areas.
Stakeholders present are NEMA, UNICEF, Ministry of Health (MoH), Ministry of Water Resources (MoWR), Ministry of Education (MoE), Niger State Primary Health Care Development Agency (NSPHCDA), Niger State Emergency Management Agency (NSEMA), State Fire Service (SFS), National Population Commission (NPC), National Orientation Agency (NOA) and RUWATSAN.
