The Pre simulation exercise aimed at preparing participants for the main simulation exercise in August at the Land Forces Simulation Centre Nigeria (LFSCN) in Abuja. The training, led by Wing Commander O. N. Ofodile (RTD), PhD, include basic map reading, geographic coordinate systems, and communication signals, as well as a mock battle simulation to test inter-agency coordination. The final day involved a comprehensive review and a coordinating conference to enhance preparedness. The exercise highlighted NEMA’s vital role in national security and emergency response.
