1.Residents of Olodo in Egbeda LGA of Oyo State have been thrown into distress as flood wreck havoc in their Community.
- The incident which occured on Sunday 23rd July,2023 affected bridge, electric poles,residential houses and other valuables.
3 .Asst. Chief Search & Rescue Officer,Mr. Austin Uduebor led a Team of the office to carry out assessment of the incident in order to know the magnitude of the disaster. - The bridge which collapsed as a result of the heavy downpour links lbadan and lwo Community and it is under construction work. This has affected the socio economic activities in the Community.
- The Organization that conducted the assessment were NEMA,SEMA, Ibadan Urban Flood Management Project, Nig. Police Force,Local vigilante amongst other.
- The assessment was sucessfully carried out by all relevant Agencies present.
