In a determined effort to build community resilience to disasters through Youth Volunteerism, the Ekiti Operations Office of National Emergency Management Agency(NEMA) on Monday 18th of August, 2014 at the Ekiti State NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp in Ise town sensitized, recruited and trained over 200 NYSC EMVs to support Disaster Management Movement at the grassroot level in Nigeria.
