Officers of NEMA, Sokoto Operations Office conducted an on-the-spot assessment of structures burnt down by fire in Gusau Central Market last week.
The incident affected over 150 shops and burnt down properties worth millions of naira.
The assessment exercise was conducted with representatives of Zamfara State Emergency Management Agency and market executives.
