Acting Director, Relief and Rehabilitation at the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Abdullahi Adamu Usur, represented the Director-General, Mrs. Zubaida Umar, at the launch of Yobe State’s Policy on Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) . During the event, he delivered the DG’s goodwill message, emphasizing the importance of this new policy in addressing the challenges faced by IDPs in Yobe State.
