About 2,107 people, 406 houses and 351 houses are affected in the windstorm that occured across Dandi and Arewa Local Government Areas of Kebbi State.
Household items, animals, foodstuffs, and shops were also affected by the storm.
Head of Operations, Aliyu Shehu Kafindangi led the team to assess the incident that affected Tukurwa, Geza, Kamba, Kyangawai in Dandi Local Government Area. Other communities affected include Kangiwa, Mulgu and Iya-eri in Arewa Local Government Area.
