The new Head of United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UN-OCHA) in Nigeria Mr Vincent Lelei today paid a familiarization visit to the headquarters of the National Emergency Management Agency. He was accompanied by the immediate past head of the UNOCHA Mr Karsper Engborg.
