A team of NEMA SOUTH WEST ZONAL OFFICE staff led by the Coordinator,Mr Akiode Saheed was in Abeokuta the Ogun State capital yesterday Monday 4th December, 2023 for a strategic meeting with the Commissioner for Special Duties & Inter-governmental Affairs- Mrs. Funmi Efuwape, Director, OGSEMA and representatives of people from Ogun East Senatorial District to work out modalities for distribution of relief materials to persons affected by Flood and Gully erosion disaster in Nine (9) LGAs in Ogun East Senatorial Constituency.
The closed door meeting which was held at the Commissioner’s office lasted for few hours with fruitful deliberation ahead of the distribution exercise to the affected LGAs starting from Tuesday 5th December,2023 in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
