The National Emergency Management Agency has responded to humanitarian situation in Benue State with delivery of relief assistance to the affected persons.
Director General of NEMA Engr Mustapha Maihaja was represented by the Director Relief and Rehabilitation of the Agency Mr Kayode Fagbemi who led staff from the North Central zonal office in providing succour to persons affected by the recent attacks in the state.
He also sympathized with the Benue state government and the communities.
The NEMA team carried out rapid assessment of the situation before providing the relief supports.
