NEMA Kano Territorial Office, in collaboration with SFS, NRCS, BPF, NSCDC, FRSC, and other relevant stakeholders, has initiated search and rescue operations.
During the operation, five trapped victims were rescued and evacuated to the hospital, where three victims were confirmed deceased.
The search and rescue operations are ongoing.
