NEMA NWZ officials has distributed relief materials to persons affected by flood in Kudan/Makarfi Federal Constituency, Kaduna.
The Zonal Coordinator, NEMA NWZ, Alhaji Abbani Imam Garki presented the relief materials which consists of food, non-food items and building materials to aid persons who recorded loses as a result of flood disaster in the area.
The Honorable Member Representing Kudan/Makarfi Federal Constituency received the relief items on behalf of the affected persons.
The Zonal Coordinator was represented by the Unit Head, Relief and Rehabilitation, Mrs Judith Banke who commiserated with the affected persons and urged them to utilize the relief items in the best possible ways.
However, relevant authorities present during the event appreciated NEMA’s timely intervention and prompt response to disaster victims.
A closing prayers was delivered to mark the success of the exercise.
