The Director General NEMA Mustapha Habib Ahmed attended a side event on Review of Progress and Limitations for DRR and Climate Change Adaptation in Africa during as side event on DRM at COP28 in Dubai UAE.
The event was hosted by HE, Felipe Jacinta Nyusi, the President of Mozambique and the African Union Champion for DRR. Dr Mami Mizutori, Head of UNDRR supported HE Filipe Jacinta.
