NEMA Lagos Territorial Office has trained members of the NEMA /NYSC Emergency Management Vanguards in Lagos on Mass casualty handling, Recovery Positions and Extrication process in rescue operations.
This becomes necessary due to the mass movement of people and the Vanguards may encounter some incidence in the course of the yuletide for them to be ready in lending support to save lives.
The Vanguards after 4 hours training expressed gratitude but still requested for advance training at least once in a quarter which the Agency has agreed to implement
