Staff of NEMA Gombe Operations Office Carried out sensitization awareness campaign rally in vulnerable areas of Akko LGA.
The sensitization was aimed at preparing those leaving in flood prone areas to start putting measures in place to mitigate the impact of 2023 impending flood as predicted by NIMET, AFO and SCP.
The rally was led by the Head of Operations, NEMA GOO, Ummuna Ahmed.
Stakeholders in attendance included the distric Head of Hayin kwarin Misau and other community leaders.
