Search and Rescue Operation at west brook Hotel Area 11 behind Rochas foundation.
The four storey building collapsed at night, NEMA, FEMA Fire Service, Development Control, Julius berger, Police and other construction Company were on ground carrying out the operations.
So far, no casualty but three 3 affected victims were rescue alive.
