- The NEMA South West Zone today 17th January,2023 received the executive members of Society for Peace Studies and Practice (SPSP) who paid a courtesy visit to the Agency.
- The Team led by the Ag State Chairman Jamaldeen Akanbi appreciated NEMA for all activities in managing Disasters in Oyo State and Nigeria in general.
- He highlighted the activities of the SPSP and seek for collaboration between NEMA and the SPSP.
- While welcoming the Team, the Zonal Coordinator NEMA South West, Mr SAO Akiode appreciated the SPSP for their various activities, highlighted mandate of the Agency and express the willingness of the Agency to partner with Organizations to achieve the mandate of the Agency.
- The visits is interactive as participants shares ideas on common areas of collaboration and map out areas of improvement in activities of the Agency.
- The Asst Zonal Coordinator appreciated the SPSP and assured on the readiness of the Agency to welcome all noting that Disaster Management is Everyone’s business.
