National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Yola operations office in collaboration with the NYSC NEMA Community Development Service (CDS) group, conducted a sensitization program in Yolde Pate, Yola South LGA. The program focused on fire prevention and proper waste management practices. NEMA representative Yusuf Ibbi Attah stressed the importance of clean drainage to prevent flooding and environmental hazards. Ward Head Zira Tumba expressed gratitude for the initiative and pledged support for ongoing waste management efforts. Corps member Mohammed Auwal and NYSC Schedule Officer Mrs. Fauziyya encouraged community involvement in keeping the environment clean and safe.
