To enhance staff awareness of the service delivery initiatives within the Agency, a team from the SERVICOM unit of the Headquarters, led by Fatimah Kasim (Director of Special Duties), visited the Kano Territorial Office (KTO).
The purpose of the visit was to educate staff on the NEMA SERVICOM Charter and SERVICOM activities.
The sensitization session was held in the Office conference room, featuring two major presentations: an Overview of SERVICOM and the SERVICOM Charter, facilitated by a Servicom Committee Member, Olaide Awoyele
