In furtherance of the federal government efforts to provide succor for those affected by 2022 flood disaster, the NEMA South East Zonal office ably led by Mrs.Echeazu Ngozi Ag. Zonal Coordinator in collaboration with Enugu State Emergency Management Agency were at Enugu South LGA headquarters Uwani on 9th February, 2023 for the flag off and distribution of relief materials.
Stakeholders present are: Hon.Barr Chimezie Nkwuo the Executive Chairman Enugu South LGA, HRH Igwe Dan Nnamani, Mrs Chinasa Mba representing Barr (Mrs) Nkechi Eneh ES SEMA , Red Cross team, NSCDC team, Community heads and affected persons.
The beneficiaries were thankful to the Agency for the kind gestures.
