On 15th February 2024, NEMA Ekiti Operations Office and Ekiti SEMA sealed off a building that was destroyed by fire due to it’s dilapidated state.
The ministry of Physical Planning has been activated to pull down the structure in order to avoid disaster that may occur if the building falls on its own.
