The Ekiti Operations Office received an alert of a charged gas tank cylinder that skidded and fell off the truck at Igede-Ekiti along Igede to Ado-Ekiti Road.. Relevant stakeholders FRSC, NSCDC, SEMA and Federal Fire were mobilized and the road was cordoned off to allow lifting of the cylinder.
As at the time of this report efforts are on top gear to evacuate the charged cylinder with utmost care to avert explosion.
