Zonal coordinator NEMA North East Usman Muhammad Aji has flagged of the 2022 operation Eagle Eye in Maiduguri the Borno state Capital.
Before the official flag off ceremony which took place along the Maiduguri Damaturu Federal Highway the zonal coordinator and his team were at the command headquarters of the Federal Road Safety Corps for a joint briefing with the Borno state Sector commander Utten Iki Boyi and his team.
Operation Eagle Eye is an annual exercise targeting road users during the festive season to ensure hitch free travels. The Exercise is conducted by NEMA in collaboration with the lead Agency the FRSC . it involves sensitizing road users on the need to obey traffic rules to avoid road crashes and ensuring prompt response to assist victims of road crashes travelling for the yuletide
