The New Director General of NSEMA Comrade Abdullahi B. Arah came on a familiarisation visit to NEMA Minna Operations Office today Thursday 14th DEC. 2023.
The visit was to register his presence and strengthen the existing working relationship between NEMA MOO and NSEMA. He solicited for collaboration in areas of training and retraining i.e staff capacity building, sharing of ideas, programs, need for professional guidance, support and cooperation at all times.
The Head of Operations Hajia Zainab S. Saidu in her remarks welcomed and Congratulated the DG on his new appointment, and assured him that NEMA is ever ready to assist the state in managing disasters through capacity building and programs. She promised a strong collaboration between the two organizations as part of NEMA’s core mandate.
She appreciated the visit and prayed for a successful tenure for the new DG.
The DG was accompanied by his management Team.
