NEMA organised a National Aeronautic Search and Rescue (NASAREX) Live Simulation Exercise on Air Crash into the Atlantic, in collaboration with the Nigerian Armed Forces and other Emergency Stake Holders in Lagos.
The Director General represented by Director Search and Rescue, Air Vice Marshal Charles Otegbade said the drill was successful, he pointed out that the crowd control which used to be a problem was well taken care of and urged that stake holders should avoid crowding emergency scenes but should be well organised and positioned.
