NEMA Lagos Territorial Office traffic surveillance in and around Lagos State revealed minimal pedestrian activity, resulting in unrestricted vehicle movement. Only individuals opting for more economical transportation experienced delays, as motor parks were less bustling albeit increased transport costs. Emergency response centers of the FRSC showed reduced activity. Improved road conditions, due to recent upgrades, facilitated smooth movement on major routes. The LTO staff toured and exchanged greetings with FRSC and LASTMA personnel at their respective locations.
