Acting Director Relief and Rehabilitation Alh Abdullahi Adamu Usur represented the Director General National Emergency Management Agency Mustapha Habib Ahmed and presented his keynote address at the 3rd edition of Baze University’s “IT, research, innovation and entrepreneurship week”.
In the keynote address, the DG emphasized on the impact of climate change in disaster occurence; as well as the role of ICT in disaster management.
