National Emergency Management Agency has conducted a sensitization workshop for its Directorate Staff on SERVICOM, aligning with the Federal Government’s Service Charter.
During his address, the Director General NEMA Mustapha Habib Ahmed emphasized the significance of the workshop, describing the NEMA SERVICOM Service Charter as a crucial document outlining the organization’s commitment to delivering efficient emergency management services. The DG highlighted the workshop’s role in enhancing the Directorate cadre’s awareness and understanding of the Charter, ultimately strengthening their ability to provide dedicated and professional services during emergencies.
Nnenna Akajemeli, the National Coordinator of SERVICOM, further enlightened participants on the responsibilities for quality service delivery. The event took place on Tuesday, 28th November 2023, at the Conference Hall, ITF Building, beside NEMA Hq. Abuja.
