Director General NEMA Mustapha Habib Ahmed on Monday 1st August 2022 declared opened the commencement of a Multi-Agency Coordination and ECC Workshop (EOC training) by United States Forest Service and USAID for NEMA and SEMAs. Participants at the workshop include some heads of SEMAs.
Addressing the participants, DG NEMA emphasized on the significance of partnership in disaster management. He appreciated the US Government through USFS and USAID for availing opportunities in the workshop to improve capacities of NEMA, SEMAs and other stakeholders.
