In order to provide aid to those
affected by the flood of 2022 and
other natural and man-made disasters in the state, the Gombe State Government has received relief
consignments from the Federal
Government through the National Emergency Management Agency.
Before going to the Warehouse for
the symbolic presentation, the National Emergency Management Agency delegation , which included Director-General Mustapha Habeeb Ahmed, paid a courtesy call to the Deputy Governor’s Office in Gombe. There, they presented the items symbolically.
The Deputy Governor recognized the effort of the Federal Government through NEMA and the Ministry of Humanitarian
Affairs, and social Development.
The Director General was
represented by Abdullahi Adamu Usur, DD PRF, during the presentation and distribution exercise
