Ajoint assessment by NEMA officials, accompanied by local representatives, was conducted in Mayo Inne and nearby communities of Fufore LGA in Adamawa State following a fire disaster. Led by Mr. Yusuf Ibbi Attah, the team assessed the situation, finding 306 households affected with burnt food supplies, destroyed food barns, and perished domestic animals. Fortunately, there were no reported fatalities. Additionally, the Honorable Member congratulated the newly appointed Director General of NEMA, Mrs. Zubaida Umar, wishing her success.
