
A team of staff from NEMA North Central Zonal Office were at the Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH) where they delivered a series of lectures to the 600 level Medical students of JUTH.
The Zonal office which has consistently engaged the JUTH department of Community Health for 7 years gave presentations on the Overview of NEMA, Basic Terminologies in Disaster Management and a display of the Search and Rescue equipments and its functions and uses.
The students were elated and showed great interest as they paid rapt attention to the lectures, asked meaningful questions and gave contributions to various topics of discuss.
The class coordinator appreciated the North Central Zonal Office for its dedication to teaching and educating the students consistently on Disaster Management.
