Following a condolence visit by the Director General NEMA Alh. Mustapha Habib Ahmed, Director Relief & Rehabilitation Dr. Alhassan Nuhu, SA to DG Alh. Idris Muhammed alongside HMOO-Haj. Zainab Saidu, to Kwara State Government and Etsu of Patigi-HRH Alh. Umar Bologi, over the
boat mishap that claimed the lives of more than 100 people, NEMA has delivered relief materials to the State Government for distribution to families of the deceased.
Food Items delivered include:

4. Seasoning and grand nut oil.

NEMA, Minna Operation Office distribution team was led by the Head of SAR unit Shamsudeen A. Haliru accompanied by Shehu Tijjani Hafiz of HRM Unit alongside the KWASEMA ES Mr. Moshood Sadu Mogaji and his staff. A representative of Patigi LGA, Alh. Yandab Rani was also part of the distribution exercise at the Palace of Etsu Patigi.
