The three (3) bodies missing have been recovered this early this morning and handed over to their waiting parents. This was confirmed to the NEMA team by the Commander NN Victory Commander Commodore Vincent B Gbaranwi when the team visited him in his office this morning to convey the appreciation of the Director General of of the agency to him and men of his Command for their swift response to the rescue of the students.
In his response, the Commander thanked NEMA for the collaboration with the Nigerian Navy. He promised to officially communicate the visit to the Naval High Command.
