Following the approval of Relief Items to victims of Flood disaster in Oluyole Federal Constituency of Oyo State, the South West Zone of the Agency carried out the distribution exercise on Friday 3rd February,2023.
- The exercise which was witnessed by the Honorable representing Oluyole Federal Constituency was a huge success as beneficiaries expressed their Joy towards Federal Government gesture.
- The Director General represented by the Zonal Coordinator Mr Saheed Akiode commiserated with the victims and salute the patience of the victims while waiting for Government response to their needs.
- Responding on behalf of the victims, the Honorable representing Oluyole Federal Constituency aplreciated NEMA for assisting the victims and promised proper usage of the materials by every beneficiaries.
- The exercise was witnessed by stakeholders including Police, DSS, local vigilante groups and the media.
