The staff of NEMA’s Lagos Territorial Office paid a visit to the newly appointed Commissioner of the Lagos State Police Command, Mr. Fayoade Adegoke Mustapha. During the visit, the agency sought to strengthen collaboration with the police command and emphasized the importance of timely coordination, particularly during VIP visits to the state. NEMA also urged for the enhancement of the Police Disaster Management Unit in Lagos and discussed the distribution of Federal Government grains. The Commissioner of Police welcomed the NEMA staff and recognized the crucial roles of sister agencies in national service. He assured full cooperation and pledged to support the empowerment of the Police Disaster Management Unit.
